Paweł Pawlukiewicz

Paweł Pawlukiewicz – Legal Counsel, member of the Reginal Board of Legal Counsel In Lublin; graduate of the Faculty of Law at the Department of Law and Administration at the Catholic University in Lublin, as well as American Law Studies at American Law Center at Catholic University in Lublin in cooperation with Chicago Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology.

Specializes in the commercial companies law and deals inter alia with restructuring of entrepreneurs, including transformations, mergers and divisions of commercial companies. He also deals with legal matters relating to the functioning of the capital market, public procurement law, real estates and IT.

His professional experience involves inter alia preparing and carrying out numerous processes of merger, division and transformation of commercial companies, participation in M&A transactions, participation in due diligence projects, process of buyout of shares held by minority shareholders (squeeze-out), In the course of his professional experience Paweł Pawlukiewicz provided legal services in Mamiński & Partners Law Office and Małkowski Matczuk Wieczorek Law Office where he provided legal assistance to prominent Polish and international entrepreneurs.
